Why should I use the JLP Breeder Directory?
The JLP Breeder Directory is an easy and hassle free way to get your information out to exhibitors whether they are looking for it online or offline, and our visitors come from every corner of the US. Youth today looks to the Internet for almost everything, and many breeders can be hard to find online. With the JLP breeder directory we use our search smarts to make it easy for exhibitors to find what they are searching for online.. which is YOU. We maintain the website, take care of the online costs and updates and bring exhibitors to you as they visit our website for Jackpot Registration and information about enterprise projects. Creating and maintaining your own website can be costly and time consuming, and getting exhibitors to your website can be even more tedious. The JLP Breeder Directory will showcase your information and get it out to exhibitors, let us do the work for you.
Did we say offline up there?... Yes we did. JLP will be offering a printed version of its Breeder Directory two times a year. This privilege will be extended to breeders who have been listed on our directory for a continuous one year or more.
How much does a Breeder Directory listing cost and what does it include?
Each Breeder Directory listing is $125 for a six month listing. If you renew your listing for an additional six months before it expires you will receive 20% off each time you renew.
Your listing includes:
- Your company name, email, website link, address and a description list anything about your operation
- A Google map to your location, so exhibitors can easily access directions
- The ability to upload a logo and a picture of your choice (your image can easily be changed or updated at any time)
- The option to update and edit your listing at any time. You can update the text, location and image on your listing by simply logging in.
- After one year of continuous listing, you'll be included in the printed edition of the JLP Breeder Directory
- A Facebook posting to our 600+ fans with a link to your listing
- Access to post sales you participate in for free on the JLP Event Calendar (just email your breeder directory name and the sale details to This e-mail address is being protected from spambots. You need JavaScript enabled to view it )
- Featured spot on the home page of JuniorLivestockPRO.com while your listing is in the NEW classification.
How do I submit a listing on the Breeder Directory?
To submit a listing on the Breeder Directory you must first register for a free log in with Junior Livestock PRO. You can register under our Member Login link at the top of any page or follow the links after clicking on the "Add Entry" button from the Breeder Directory home page. Once you have registered and verified your log in by clicking on the link in your confirmation email you will be able to enter the "Add Entry" page from the breeder directory. Registering will also allow you to edit or renew your listing at any time and give you access new tools coming soon.
How do I upload my logo or an image to my listing?
You can upload an image in the listing form, simply click on upload and find the image on your browser. It will automatically be placed in the details of your listing. Icons should be a small size, ideally 100 x 100 pixels and in JPG format. Other images can be up to 600 x 400 pixels and in JPG format.
What is the difference between an Icon and a Logo?
An Icon will be posted on the listing in the short view, while your logo will be posted on the detailed view of the listing. Even if they are the same image please be sure to upload both.
I exited the confirmation/payment screen with the PayPal button, how do I pay for my listing?
If you exit the page before proceeding to PayPal your listing information will still be delivered to us at Junior Livestock PRO. After you submit the listing you can find a link to the PayPal payment page in your listing confirmation email. Just follow the link and pay from there, or you can mail your payment to: JLP-Breeder Directory, PO BOX 256111. Campbell, CA 95118.
How do I cancel a listing?
Please keep in mind that once you have submitted a listing it will not be published unless payment is received by JLP via PayPal or US Mail. If you have not submitted payment there is no need to cancel your listing. If you would like to cancel a listing that has been successfully submitted, approve and published you can email JLP at This e-mail address is being protected from spambots. You need JavaScript enabled to view it and request the listing be removed. All payments are final however and a refund will not be given after the 48 hour approval and publish time period.
