Megan Dumont-Rogers

Megan started in the high tech industry working as an eMarketing Manager for over the last four years.  As graduate of California Polytechnic State University and the College of Agriculture Megan contributed to the Western Bonanza Jackpot as Chairman of Entries and Chairman of Marketing in 2006-08. Involved in 4-H and FFA she was active in both her club, Quail Creek 4-H, and her chapter, Campbell FFA.  After showing livestock for 10 years including beef, sheep, swine and chickens she holds a degree in Agriculture Science and Agriculture business. Megan has a passion for the health of the agriculture industry today and the youth it involves. Through this site she hopes to bring industry information to both youth and adults driving our agriculture industry today.

 

Heidi BeljeanHeidi Beljean

Drawing on her involvement in 4-H, college, and the cattle industry, Heidi combined her love for helping and working with juniors by starting the Pacific Showcase magazine. This magazine provides a forum for youth in livestock production, as well as anything related to the field.  She has driven the success of Pacific Showcase for over 15 years, leading the way for it to become the source for information in the western states. As with any venture, it is important to stay current and look at new ways to offer information to our audience.  Being a part of Junior Livestock PRO, is the next step of Heidi’s involvement.  Through Junior Livestock PRO, she will be at the forefront reaching more people, youth and adults alike, who are searching for information and she is excited to be involved in a plan that has such far-reaching potential.
